The ambient noises at the beginning and crazy voice in this song were really great touches and a blast to work on. The voice is Charlie Forrest, my friend who's studio I recorded the EP.
The bridge of this song is my take on the poem "Antigonish" by William Hughes Mearns. It is often quoted in movies and literature, and I thought it fit very well in this song.
Also, the ending guitar riff is something I wrote in the tenth grade for a ska band I was in. I loved that part and I really wanted to use it again.
